Personal Care Assistant

Our healthcare partner is currently looking to hire part-time and full-time Personal Care Assistant. The role involves supporting individuals with their daily care while helping them maintain independence and dignity. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and engage clients in recreational activities
• Monitor health status and report changes to supervisors
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation

Credentials

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication

Required Experience and Skills

• 1-3 years of caregiving or home health experience
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
