Home Health Aide

One of our healthcare facility clients is currently hiring for part-time and full-time Home Health Aides. This role supports individuals in maintaining their dignity and independence while receiving care. The position offers an estimated pay of $20 per hour and provides a great opportunity for those seeking flexible and meaningful work in a supportive environment.

• On-site position in Boston, Massachusetts
• Schedule varies, including weekends and different hours across the week

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and engage clients in recreational activities
• Monitor health status and report changes to supervisors
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation

Credentials

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication

Required Experience and Skills

• 1-3 years of caregiving or home health experience 
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a flexible care environment
