We are seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join a leading healthcare organization’s emergency department. As a vital member of the team, you will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role offers an estimated pay of up to $58.00 per hour, depending on your qualifications and certifications. This is an onsite position based in Athol, Massachusetts, with 12-hour shifts available from 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM.

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive emergency care to patients with urgent and critical conditions
- Monitor and assess patient vitals and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Follow policies and protocols to maintain high safety and quality standards
Credentials
- Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), or obtain within 60 days of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred and must be completed within six months (if not already held)
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in emergency department or intensive care unit
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Ability to obtain or maintain required certifications in a timely manner
