Join a leading organization dedicated to comprehensive patient recovery in addiction and substance abuse treatment. As a Registered Nurse in this full primary care setting, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their entire recovery journey. This rewarding opportunity offers a pay rate of $55 per hour, with shifts scheduled for three days per week, 12 hours each, including rotating weekends, supporting a balanced work-life environment.

Healthcare Shift

  • 12-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM are available)
  • Schedule: options for 2 or 3 days per week
  • Every other weekend rotation

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care within a 24/7 inpatient recovery center
  • Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor progress
  • Deliver full primary care services alongside addiction treatment efforts
  • Support stabilization services and manage care during patient stays
  • Collaborate with physicians, counselors, and clinical staff to ensure integrated care
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and interventions accurately

Credentials

  • Valid RN license in good standing in Massachusetts

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in addiction and substance abuse care
  • Strong background in primary care within inpatient or residential settings
  • Experience administering medications, patient assessments, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, on a rotating schedule
