As a HR Associate, you'll serve as a vital HR support partner - managing employee questions, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring smooth operation of HR systems and data. You’ll collaborate with HR experts and help implement solutions to streamline processes, maintain compliance, and improve the employee experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to HR and employee inquiries about benefits, payroll, and policies quickly and accurately
  • Oversee onboarding workflows, ensuring compliance, communication, and system updates
  • Maintain employee data in platforms like Workday and ServiceNow with precision
  • Help build and update HR knowledge bases and process documentation
  • Collaborate on HR communications and content creation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related major. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply!
  • 0-1 year of experience in HR operations including any relevant internships
  • Proficient in HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Responsive, Qvidian, or Wiki; a strong interest in HR technology and a tech-forward mindset are essential
  • General understanding of HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
