With over 16 years of industry experience, Chris leads a high-performing group of Business Development and Account Managers dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results to ProPivotal’s diverse client base.
Throughout his career, Chris has built a reputation for driving client acquisition and growth through strategic partnerships and a commitment to high-touch customer service. He has held leadership roles at several respected staffing and consulting firms across the Greater Boston area, where he successfully built and led sales and recruiting teams while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day operations. His extensive knowledge of industry best practices continues to shape ProPivotal’s approach to client success.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two sons. Whether hiking, heading to the beach, or playing sports, family time is a priority. He’s also an active youth sports coach—leading his sons’ soccer, basketball, and baseball teams—and a proud contributor to his local community.
